Spacious apartments with a kitchenette make it easy to store and prepare meals. The noise from the street was quite loud, even on the 11th floor.

Spacious apartment with a kitchenette was perfect for our stay. The elevators were slow during peak times, making wait times annoying.

This hotel is just a quick 5-minute walk from Times Square, making it incredibly easy to immerse yourself in the vibrant heart of NYC, and nearby attractions like the Rockefeller Center and the Museum of Modern Art are only a short stroll away; plus, you’re surrounded by delicious dining options, with Le Bernardin and Pasta Lovers just around the corner! The kitchenette was a fantastic addition, allowing for meal prep, but the overall room quality could use a little upgrade.

I loved how this place was just around the corner from Times Square and within walking distance of Broadway and Central Park, making it super easy to dive into the city's energy and explore iconic spots like Bryant Park and the New York Public Library, plus there are great dining options including Carmine's and Junior's just a short stroll away; the room was well-equipped and comfortable but the decor felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing.

Spotless room, spacious with a comfy bed, and a kitchenette stocked for morning tea made for a great stay. Staff were friendly and quick to help, even with a shower snag that delayed us a bit. The location was unbeatable, just steps from major attractions, though the nighttime noise was a bit much. The elevators had a slight wait, but everything else outweighed that inconvenience. Perfect for families, but pack light; the stairs can be tricky. Altogether, a memorable experience with small hiccups that didn’t overshadow the fun.

The location shines. Close to the NYC Marathon finish line, with restaurants and attractions nearby. The kitchenette was a lifesaver. Staff? Exceptionally friendly and attentive. The 10th-floor apartment was spacious with comfortable furniture. My sister, celebrating her 83rd birthday, appreciated the elevator access. The decor felt dated, but cleanliness was evident. the window situation was a concern. Poor insulation allowed noise and cold to seep in. The bathroom was cramped, which was frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, we had a memorable trip. The convenience of nearby dining options, like Le Bernardin and Pasta Lovers, was a definite bonus. With improvements, this could be a prime choice. Worth considering for a future visit.

The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The kitchenette is a lifesaver for late-night snacks and the pizza place next door hits the spot!
Wake-up calls? More like wake-up suggestions.

Great stay for our family, nice rooms and comfy beds. They had a cozy space for breakfast and snacks so we could start our day right.
It wasn’t cheap but worth it.

Great for families exploring NYC - spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and friendly staff. Easy access to subways and dining options. Convenient for a family stay.
My kids wished for better noise insulation in the rooms.

Man, our room was freezing and the water took forever to warm up. I spent more time waiting for the shower to heat than actually showering! Plus, the noise from the street was unbearable, even with the windows closed.

The hotel's timelessness and proximity to everything in New York make it a great deal. The Beaux Art interiors are charming. The staff is lovely; they really make an effort to keep guests comfortable and happy.
Oh joy, my room facing the street had quite the city lullaby.

I absolutely loved the full kitchenette – cooking breakfast was such a treat! The A/C units were lifesavers during this heat wave, and the staff went above and beyond for us. Plus, the location is just steps away from all the Midtown magic!
strongly recommend ❤️✨

The room was spacious, with a kitchenette that had the basics we needed for a short stay. Each room featured its own air conditioning unit which made temperature control easy. the heating was inconsistent; the room often felt cold, and the heater struggled to combat the draft from the window. Noise from the street was noticeable, but it wasn’t overwhelming. The beds were adequate, though not exceptional. The elevators were sometimes slow, particularly during rush hours, adding a minor inconvenience to our otherwise comfortable stay.

The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to Times Square. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was spacious with two large beds and a convenient kitchenette that was cleaned daily. there were a couple of things that could have been better. the temperature control in the room was a bit tricky with radiators, and there was no heat source in the bathroom, so it got pretty chilly in there. The kitchen sink didn't drain well, which was a bit inconvenient. the outdated carpet and sofa were a bit dingy, and the bathroom was quite small with a toilet that kept blocking. On the bright side, we were surprised with an early check-in and an upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff was always available and went out of their way to help us, which made our stay enjoyable. We did have some issues with the AC being a bit warm at night, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. All in all, Radio City Apartments provided a decent stay with some room for improvement in terms of maintenance and amenities. If you can overlook a few minor issues, the great location and friendly staff make it a good option for a stay in the city.

Perfect location for enjoying shows nearby and easy access to popular attractions. Room equipped with a convenient kitchenette and fridge, ideal for cozy nights in. Close to famous ramen spot with a long line, but worth the wait for a delicious meal.
Rude receptionist at late check-in, refusing certain payment methods. Elevator can be cramped during peak times.

Stayed with my squad and hit up Times Square and Central Park, all walkable from our spot. Swanky rooms, comfy beds, and the staff were dope. Plus, easy on the pocket for us broke teens! Can't wait to crash here again!
Just wish there was a rad rooftop hangout for us teens to chill and vibe with some sick beats! .

During my xmas stay, I loved the superb location, surrounded by restaurants and many things to see and do. The room was spacious, with a living room. The hotel provided free laundry, a water machine, trash chute, and a great kitchen with a large fridge, which was a great bonus.
Some aspects were less than ideal. The tight quarters made it hard to avoid noise from other guests, especially in the early mornings.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Times Square. We enjoyed the convenience of having a small lounge/kitchen area where we could relax and have our morning coffee. The room, although small, was very clean and well-maintained. I'll recommend this hotel.

the spacious room allowed us to live comfortably with a kitchenette and dining table. the location was brilliant, close to all major tourist attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. the staff were extremely responsive and friendly, and we were even upgraded to a larger room free of charge.
Cannot find any fault 👍

Our stay at this centrally located apartment was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We loved the spacious and clean room, which had all the facilities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette. Being able to cook our own meals was a huge plus, especially for bigger groups of friends. The location was ideal, with shops, subways, and Times Square just a short walk away. our experience at this apartment exceeded our expectations and made our stay in New York even more memorable.
Street noise was audible from our room, but that's just part of the New York experience.
